Form, Forge & Filament is a 3D printing and engineering design service in Middelburg, serving mining, power generation and heavy engineering across the Nkangala district and beyond.

The work is design-led. Most jobs start with a broken part, a rough sketch or a measurement scribbled on a drawing — not a finished model. We work out how the part should be made, choose a material that suits how it will be used, and print it to fit. That engineering judgement is the point; the printer is just how the result gets made.
